Hella-cold
This week I saw a bank display the temperature at -18 C. That is just under 0 F. Unreal! Then on Thursday the temperature started climbing. It started snowing at about 4pm. It hovered at around -1 C (still below freezing) and two different Finns described the weather as 'warm'. Not 'warmer', or even 'less cold', but 'warm'.
These people are crazy.
