as pointed out by many people, this book is not a harry potter book and it is not related in any way. but rowling demonstrated with harry potter that she is a great writer who can build a world and sucks you into it, and she has done it again here.
there is a little mystery and great characters and some teen angst, but it's mostly adult angst and class issues and marital issues and other bits.
i really liked it and toward the end i couldn't put it down. and in an enjoyable way, not in a buckle-down-and-finish-this-so-i-can-finally-stop-reading-it way.
