I was going to start on April 1, but when I started meal planning it seemed easier to start at the beginning of the week.
I ate:
breakfast: scrambled eggs in olive oil
snack: bites of a banana
lunch: pork roast slices leftover from dinner yesterday, broccoli blend, apple
snack: almonds with raisins, cashews
dinner beef and cabbage (with carrots and onions) stir fry, broccoli with olive oil and salt
dessert: blackberries and coconut
i also drank earl grey tea.
for exercise, i walked to otso's nurse appointment then to storhaug åpen barnehage, and back home. i also did 5 pathetic burpees and some crunches.
i am feeling physically fine, and a little bit good without my blood sugar going up and down. i took a "before" picture. it was a rough day with the kids. i think the cabbage bothered otso in the evening and also he got a couple vaccinations today so he isn't feeling great. lumi had a horrible grumpy morning and i'm just hoping she doesn't repeat it on my really hard days.
