I ate:
breakfast: soft boiled eggs
lunch: roasted chicken, root vegetables, butternut squash
snack: almonds with raisins
dinner: olives, carrots, parsnip hummus, chili
snack: orange
I drank rooibos tea and lots of water.
Both kids are under the weather so we had only a short walk to the grocery store, plus a few pushups and whatnot at home.
I am feeling fine. A little headache today (no doubt due to missing my tea), but otherwise I am not seeing the "hangover" promised by the timeline. I hope that is a good sign!
