Some random thoughts on the diet and effects in general:
Raisins made me feel bad because I had a sugar high and then a low.
I love not needing honey in tea.
I love having pasta sauces or curry over vegetables and not rice/pasta.
I miss eggs and rice in the morning.
I miss rice cakes and joining in on the voileipä ritual.
I don't miss chocolate very much at all. This is surprising!
I miss having dairy-based sauces.
My belly is less pudgy and I am happy about that.
We had friends over for dinner and the pumpkin coconut soup (new recipe for me) was delicious.
