Whole30: Day 22

I have 8 days left. I made it through the trip, but I'm still not where I want to be in terms of fitness. What do they say does the trick? Sprint workouts. So I need to incorporate this somehow.

scrambled eggs
beef and cabbage stir fry
berries with coconut milk
roasted chicken, broccoli blend, sweet potatoes
rooibos tea
