Whole30: Day 4

Today is supposed to be part of the "kill all the things" phase, but I wasn't feeling grumpier than usual, that I noticed. I feel overall pretty good, though I am pretty gassy.

fried eggs, homemade mayonnaise
almonds, apple slices
roast chicken, sweet potatoes, broccoli mix
cashews, almonds
beef and cabbage stirfry, zucchini
orange
rooibos tea
