Still feeling good, but still feeling gassy. So the plan is to cut out fruit sugars, which is intimidating. I have really been enjoying sharing oranges with the family (Lumi just started appreciating them) but I am going to try to do without for a couple of days and see if it improves the gas.

blackberries, coconut milk
