Whole30: Day 17

I am still feeling good. Not super-fantastic and unstoppable, but good. I felt like snacking a lot today. I am trying to control that, but some days I feel like the priority is to be peaceful and loving with my family and stay within the plan guidelines. The theory is that you should be avoiding snacking, but sometimes I feel like that's the difference between cranky and not cranky.

I do have more solid energy, though, and I've been trying to spend it doing fun roughhousing sessions with Lumi.

fried eggs, leftover roast
orange, almonds, meatballs, apple
hawaiian pork, broccoli
cauliflower, basil curry
orange, raisins
