Whole30: Day 10

It was a good day, with lots of energy (so the Whole30 is living up to the hype so far). I even fed the baby then got out of bed at 6:00am to do hill sprints. My skin is still looking worse, but hopefully that will clear up soon.

I ate:
scrambled eggs, apple
meatballs, vegetables, hard boiled egg
almonds, cashews, orange
chicken basil curry, asian vegetable mix
rooibos tea
