Whole30: Day 13

I felt sluggish and really hungry this morning. I have been really trying to minimize fruit to see if it helps with the gas, and now I have that low-carb fatigue.


scrambled eggs, chicken
berries
chicken wings in bbq sauce, salad
hard boiled egg, cashews, apple
roast beef, carrots, beets, turnips
rooibos tea
