Still feeling good, though not as skinny as I'd like. And still crazy gassy, even though I avoided dried fruit all day. I shared only 1 orange and had 1 apple. I googled a bit and one suggestion was a probiotic. I will need to look into that.
I made "pasta" out of strips of zucchini. It was okay, but not really worth it. I'd rather just have the meatballs and tomato sauce. Maybe it works more for other pasta-ish dishes.

breakfast: scrambled eggs with leftover beef and cabbage, mayonnaise
lunch: curry, broccoli, hard-boiled egg, apple
snack: almonds, cashews, sweet potato
dinner: meatballs and marinara sauce with zucchini noodles
dessert: berries and coconut, orange
other: rooibos tea
